These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with Dial With Love. By hiring our services, you agree to the following:
Bookings & Payments

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

Remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your event.

Payment methods include debit/credit card, PayPal.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of the deposit.

If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
Delivery & Setup

For phone hire: We will deliver the audio guestbook phone to the agreed address and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accurate and accessible.

For booth setups: Our staff will deliver, set up, and pack down the booth at the agreed time and location. Customers must ensure adequate access and space for setup.
Equipment Care & Return

All equipment remains the property of Dial With Love.

Customers are responsible for the safe use and return of equipment in its original condition.

Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in replacement or repair charges.

Equipment must be returned in the packaging provided and by the agreed return date.
Audio Recordings

Guests who use the audio guestbook consent to their recordings being collected and shared with the event organiser.

Recordings are delivered securely to the customer via a private digital link.

Dial With Love will not use or share recordings for promotional purposes without the customer’s written consent.
Liability

While we take all care to ensure our equipment functions as intended, we are not liable for:

Technical issues arising from misuse of the equipment.

Interruptions or failures caused by power outages, venue restrictions, or internet issues (for online delivery).

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability for receiving/returning equipment.

Ensure guests use the equipment safely and appropriately.

Comply with all venue rules and requirements for booth setups.
Privacy & Data

Personal information and audio recordings are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We retain recordings for up to 12 months after delivery, after which they are securely deleted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
