  • Deliver audio guestbooks in a format that is secure, simple, and user-friendly.

Event Accessibility

  • Delivered Phones: Phones are lightweight and easy to use, requiring only a simple pick-up and dial action. Instructions can be provided in both written and audio formats.

  • Booth Setups: Our in-person setups can be adjusted for different heights and spaces to accommodate wheelchair access and mobility needs.

  • Audio Access: Final recordings are delivered via a safe digital link, which can be accessed on most modern devices. Alternative formats (such as transcripts) are available upon request.

 

Website Accessibility

We are working toward ensuring our website meets recognised accessibility standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This includes:

  • Providing text alternatives for non-text content.

  • Ensuring good contrast and readability of text.

  • Making navigation clear and consistent.

  • Supporting screen-reader compatibility where possible.

We are happy to communicate with customers in the way that best suits their needs, including:
