Refund Policy

Effective Date: 27/9/25

At Dial With Love, we put care into preparing and delivering your audio guestbook. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply and when they do not.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • More than 4 weeks before the event: Full refund of any payments made

  • Within 2 weeks of the event: Deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Within 1 week of the event: No refund available, as preparation and delivery have already taken place.
     

Cancellations by Dial With Love

  • If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff illness, delivery issues beyond your control), we will offer:

    • A full refund, OR

    • Transfer of your booking to a new available date at no extra charge.
       

Equipment Hire Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once equipment has been delivered, except where the equipment is proven to be faulty and prevents recording.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the equipment is returned on time and in good condition. Failure to do so may result in fees and no refund.
     

Booth Setups (In-Person Service)

  • Refunds are not available once the booth has been set up at your venue.

  • If access to the venue is denied or conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to withdraw services without refund.
     

Digital Delivery of Recordings

  • Once your final audio files have been delivered via secure link, no refunds can be given.

  • If you do not receive your recordings due to technical error, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7 days
