Refund Policy

At Dial With Love, we put care into preparing and delivering your audio guestbook. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply and when they do not.

Cancellations by the Customer

More than 4 weeks before the event: Full refund of any payments made

Within 2 weeks of the event: Deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.

Within 1 week of the event: No refund available, as preparation and delivery have already taken place.
Cancellations by Dial With Love

If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff illness, delivery issues beyond your control), we will offer:

A full refund, OR
-
Transfer of your booking to a new available date at no extra charge.

Equipment Hire Refunds

No refunds will be issued once equipment has been delivered, except where the equipment is proven to be faulty and prevents recording.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the equipment is returned on time and in good condition. Failure to do so may result in fees and no refund.
Booth Setups (In-Person Service)

Refunds are not available once the booth has been set up at your venue.

If access to the venue is denied or conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to withdraw services without refund.
Digital Delivery of Recordings

Once your final audio files have been delivered via secure link, no refunds can be given.

If you do not receive your recordings due to technical error, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7 days
